Thanks to Demonskunk for bringing a bug to my attention that was preventing the booklet version of the letter-sized edition of Wanderlust from opening properly. I believe I have fixed the issue and the updated version (Wanderlust - Booklet (v2023-03-22) [letter].pdf) included in Wanderlust (v2023-03-22) [Letter].zip should now be working properly.
